The Company is governed by a Court of Assistants, five of whom serve as Junior Warden, Renter Warden, Senior Warden, Master and Deputy Master, progressing in turn at an Installation Court each January. The administration of the Company’s affairs is carried out by the Clerk’s office, under the direction of the Master and Wardens, who are supported by committees that advise in matters of finance and investment, member selection, charitable spending, industry and educational support, and the running of the museum and archive.
