One of the biggest days in the City of London’s calendar is the Lord Mayor’s Show. This year's event was held on Saturday 12 November to mark the new Lord Mayor Nicholas Lyons taking up his role. The route of the procession runs from Mansion House to the Royal Courts of Justice and back. As per tradition the new Lord Mayor travels in the gleaming state coach. Alderman Nicholas Lyons becomes the 694th Lord Mayor of the City of London. He succeeds past Lord Mayor Vincent Keaveny.
To celebrate the event our Company was in attendance represented by the Deputy Master Mark Levy, Steward Neil Francis and the Clerk Camilla Szymanowska, (as shown in the above photo), complete with a model of Elizabeth Tower and the Great Clock!
