To mark the 391st anniversary of the granting of our Charter on 22nd August 1631, and Benefactor’s Day, the Master, Dr James Nye and Curator of the Clockmakers' Museum, Anna Rolls, along with Project Archivist, Dorota Pomorska-Dawid have put together a short film. The film gives some insight into the very beginnings of the museum and archive, and the way that benefactors have been important to it from the start, and also some of the details of a very important project our Charity has undertaken this year.
